In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful.
All praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and blessings be upon His beloved Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.w.) and his purified Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.), especially the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussain ibn Ali (a.s.).
Today, as we gather in this Majlis, we remember the greatest sacrifice in human history—the sacrifice offered on the burning sands of Karbala. Imam Hussain (a.s.) did not rise for power, wealth, or worldly authority. He rose to revive the message of Islam, to separate truth from falsehood, and to protect the values that his grandfather, the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.w.), had established.
This Majlis is not only a remembrance of tragedy; it is a lesson in courage, justice, patience, and faith. Through the tears shed for Karbala, hearts are purified, intentions are strengthened, and the message of Hussain (a.s.) continues to live across centuries.
We honor a man who stood with only 72 loyal companions against an army of thousands, yet refused to bow before tyranny. We remember the thirst of the children, the bravery of Abbas (a.s.), the patience of Zainab (s.a.), and the unwavering prayer of Sajjad (a.s.). Every moment of Karbala teaches humanity how to remain firm for truth, even in the face of unimaginable hardship.
May this Majlis serve as a means to enlighten our souls, strengthen our connection with Ahl al-Bayt (a.s.), and inspire us to walk on the path of righteousness defined by Imam Hussain (a.s.).
