Taqeebat-e-Namaz refers to the collection of supplications, praises, and recommended acts that are recited after completing the daily prayers (Salat/Namaz). These supplications are derived from the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the Ahlul Bayt (AS), and are meant to enhance the spiritual depth of prayer, strengthen one’s connection with Allah, and bring peace to the heart.
Taqeebat include:
-
Short tasbeeh and dhikr, such as Tasbeeh-e-Fatimah Zahra (AS)
-
Qur’anic verses and du’as for forgiveness, gratitude, and protection
-
Special supplications for each of the five daily prayers
-
Expressions of tawakkul, hope, and humility before Allah
These post-prayer recitations help a believer extend the blessings of prayer into daily life, purify the soul, and maintain constant remembrance of Allah. Through Taqeebat-e-Namaz, one’s worship becomes more heartfelt, disciplined, and spiritually illuminating.
